  • Thank you for shopping at Zoey Singh - Feel The Vibe. We hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

    Returns

    We want you to love what you bought. So if you aren’t completely happy with your purchase, we offer you 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. This is void if you choose a non-signature required service.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

    Lost, damaged, faulty or incorrect orders are replaced for free.

    Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

    Refunds

    Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

    If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

    Exceptions / non-returnable items

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

    Shipping

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

    If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • Please refer to the contact page where you can message me privately about commissions or enquiries. From there we can advise waiting list times, pricing and ability to do the work.

  • Yes. Framing is available upon request. Please use the contact page or email me directly about the art work you are interested in framing. From there, we can then discuss details about costing, and timeline for completion.

  • We are working on a Monthly Newsletter that will provide an up to date source to find out about all forthcoming exhibitions and new work available on the market. You will be able to subscribe soon.

  • If this happens please make contact as soon as you can! We will investigate this straight away and will replace the artwork as soon as possible.
